Christmas, in simple terms, is a holiday that resides on November 25th and is to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ himself. It is shockingly a really religious holiday.
Christmas exists again because of religion. Specifically for Christians to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, however not many people think about that part when actually celebrating. At least, that's what I have seen.
Celebrating this holiday is far less from simple, having to buy presents for other people, whether it be friends or family. You also have a small and fairly nice dinner, and make Christmas cookies afterwards! Once the day actually hits, you can invite friends and family members to actually recieve and give gifts.
Because of one of the memories I've had from this holiday! That memory being back when my mother was alive and my brother was present, we all were gathered at my grandmas and we were just chatting about opening up presents. Sure this sounds like any day of Christmas but.. It was just so nice to see my mom up and talking instead of depressed. It really brought light to my heart.
